Do I need a credit card for the trial?

Yes, a card is required to start the trial. A $1 charge is applied at signup to validate your payment method. You won't be billed the full plan price until the 3 days are up.

What happens after the 3-day free trial?

Your desktop keeps running and you're charged the monthly plan price. You can cancel before the trial ends from your dashboard — no questions asked.

Does the price include Windows?

Yes. Windows 10/11 Pro is included in all individual plans, and Windows Server 2025 in all Team plans. No extra license needed.

Is Microsoft Office included?

Office 2024 Pro Plus is available as an add-on for +$5/month. It's not included by default except on Team plans.

Is this billed monthly or by the hour?

Flat monthly billing. No metered usage, no surprise charges at the end of the month.

Can I change my plan after signing up?

Yes. You can upgrade at any time from your dashboard in one click. Changes take effect immediately.

Can I have more than one desktop under the same account?

Yes. You can add multiple desktops to the same dashboard and manage them all from one place.

Is there an annual plan with a discount?

Currently all plans are billed monthly with no annual commitment required.

What is the refund policy?

We offer a 30-day refund on the first desktop purchased. The 3-day free trial is the best way to test before committing.

Great Service, Even Better Support

I signed up for the 3-day trial and had a genuinely good experience. The VDI performed well for what I needed and the setup was straightforward. What really stood out was the support team. Israel was responsive, professional and actually helpful in the real sense of the word, not just copy-paste replies. I ended up cancelling the trial not because of anything on their end but because of some infrastructure changes happening on my side. I was actually planning to come back the same weekend and subscribe again with Windows 11 and the GPU option. Life had other plans. I never got to test the GPU tier which is the one thing I can't speak to, but based on the overall experience I have zero hesitation recommending FlexiDesktop. The base VDI was solid, the pricing is fair and the team treats you like a real customer. Will be back when the timing is right.

Very occasional Windows user

I mostly don't need, want, or use Windows, but it's the only platform that TurboTax Business Desktop runs on, so once or twice a year I really do require access to a Windows machine. Flexidesktop works remarkably well, technically, and it's great for my purpose. I rent a small desktop for a month, do my tax work, then cancel the instance. I have been very happy with Flexidesktop.

I need a quick easy solution

I need a quick easy solution to run a program that only worked on a certain version of windows 10 and with one click it just worked. I tried for hours to get it to work on my VM on my personal computer and with no success. There team was able to get me set up with a VPN and a remote desktop so now there's no worries.
